Initially, LTR concentrated on fastener distribution, serving industries such as agriculture, oil and gas, OEM, and MRO. In 2013, we expanded into rig supply to better support the oil and gas sector, opening a new location in the Permian Basin by 2018.
In 2020, LTR entered the pump market by acquiring the inventory of CP Sales & Service in Oklahoma City, further strengthening our support for energy customers in the field.
A major milestone came in 2022 with the acquisition of SBS Industries (also known as Sooner Bolt & Supply)—a meaningful return to where Robert, Donnie, and Billy first began their careers. This expansion into the Tulsa area has enhanced our fastener capabilities and honored the legacy of the founders’ early journey.
