LTR Fastener & Supply, LLC was established in 2008 in Oklahoma City by Robert Lomas, Donnie Talbert, and Billy Rackley. What began as a small operation with just five employees and a focus on fastener distribution has grown into a thriving business with nearly 70 team members across four locations. Today, LTR serves a broader range of industries with a full line of oilfield and industrial supplies, as well as pump sales, service, and repair.

From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader
Despite its growth, LTR has stayed true to its roots—grounded in family values, faith, and a culture built on quality, service, value, and dependability. These principles have guided our relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers alike.
Initially, LTR concentrated on fastener distribution, serving industries such as agriculture, oil and gas, OEM, and MRO. In 2013, we expanded into rig supply to better support the oil and gas sector, opening a new location in the Permian Basin by 2018.
In 2020, LTR entered the pump market by acquiring the inventory of CP Sales & Service in Oklahoma City, further strengthening our support for energy customers in the field.
A major milestone came in 2022 with the acquisition of SBS Industries (also known as Sooner Bolt & Supply)—a meaningful return to where Robert, Donnie, and Billy first began their careers. This expansion into the Tulsa area has enhanced our fastener capabilities and honored the legacy of the founders’ early journey. While much has changed since 2008, one thing remains the same: LTR is committed to being a value-added partner. With an experienced team and trusted supplier relationships, we continue to deliver exceptional service and solutions our customers can rely on.
